This company is a joke when it comes to customer service or trying to reach a "person" on the phone to help. My father who is 90 years old needed a copy of recent statement. He is unable to speak due to sepsis and infection. ONG wanted a power of attorney for him so the family could get a copy of the statement that was due in 5 days. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
You can't not have natural gas to your home just wish there were other options instead of ONG!

Recommendation: DO NOT RECOMMEND IF NEEDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
