Oban Hotwl review: Check in issue

I've faced check inn issue & could'nt be able to use the booked property because of some hotel policies, i've registered complaint before but didnt get any response. I've paid the charges & faced issues as well. Kindly realie this matter & give me solution or refund my payment.
