I ordered the FREE Trial ha ha for teet whitening products, low and behold they took £82.48 then £53.96 from my credit card I cant find any contact number Fax number or address to request my money back.
On the web it says America but this is being carried out in Cyprus.
I have contacted the bank to cancel the credit card and they are unidated with people contacting them regarding this but I still cant get my money back I feel that BT Yahoo are responsible as it was an advertisement on their website any advice would be gratefully recieved

hi, i have just checked my statements from mbna they also charged these amounts on my card. i was very unaware of this and am furious about it. the credit card company said that unless you did not send back the free trial then the companies involved have, in small print, the right to make your membership full to these products.

mbna credit card have told me to contact the companies direct which they already have the numbers foir and should put you through to them direct. remember your calling usa i think so they dont open till later, but your credit card company has the numbers and can put you directlky through to them. i had a very long call with the scam companies and believe me you will not be getting your money back. you have to ask them to cancel it straight away or they will keep billing you.

The scam companies have to issue you with a "cancellation number" there and then for you to call back to your credit card company so they can in turn, cancel the membership with the scam companies.

CONFUSED? lol

Aparantley these companies are working legally and have it all wrapped up in small print so dont blow a blood vessel trying to retreive your money as you wont get it back and you cant claim from your card protection either due to it all being legal in the small print. (mind you if anyone does give me a shout).

I am outraged at this sort of behaviour, it has left a very bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended, the main advertisements for these appear on trustworthy sites such as msn etc and I feel cheated and the way in which they lure you into buying the samples and of course when you finaly do receive the samples they are so late in delivering that your time has lapsed of two weeks and they can then automatically convert your sample into a full blown membership, knowing that you wont recieve it in time and most definately wont be able to send it backwithin the time frame. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Shame on you!

I have also had this problem, £86 taken out and a few days later £69 taken out of my credit card. The advert I seen was on hotmail so there is obviously more then 1 scam going about. I have tried to get back onto the website to give them a ring to request my money back but the company no longer trades. Pack of chancers! Stay away from Dazzell white, pristine health and Nutrology companies, they're scams!

I had the same problem as above. They took £80 out of my account, and i got sucked in by a FREE Trial offer. I am still trying to find out where this company is located. Any help out there?
