I purchased e books modules on line through my smartphone today 11/11/22 at approximately 1:30 pm in Alameda, CA. I did not receive the products through the website to access. I paid from my credit card for $30.00 $17.00 $7.00 and $27.00 I was charged $81.00. the customer service has not responded. I requested a refund. The receipt and clickbank code that they use as an identifier for a refund transaction is not accessible. I haved been offered a refund through the website but cannot receive it unless I have the Clickbank code from their contractor Clickbank.
