Shame on me for believing that the product I would receive would be the product that was advertised, at such a great price. I ordered a total of three kits and all of them are horrible. I wish we could leave images with our reviews here so I could show prospective customers how awful the product is and how vastly different it is than what is advertised on their website.

The images advertised on their website are high quality, high detail/resolution and gorgeous. The pictures that I got to paint look like a watered down photocopy of this picture with no intricate detail whatsoever, like all the illustration is almost deconstructed, looks incredibly blurry. It's ridiculous.

In some cases it's hard to even make out what the shapes in the image are supposed to be. It's an absolute disgrace. It's false advertising and it's bait and switch. They of course don't allow customers to leave reviews for their products, more than likely because they know their products are garbage. I do intend on leaving this review on every other site I can find to review numeralpaint.com.

Do NOT make the same mistake that I did. Find a higher quality paint by number retailer!

And to numeralpaint.com: either make the product you sell match the listing or make the listing match the product that you sell. It's called truth in advertising, take a lesson in it.

If I could I would rate this website a zero.

The only reason I ordered from them is because they have one of the biggest custom canvas available.

God, big mistake!

I ordered it almost 3 moths ago. It took about 2 months to arrive and that is most likely because I asked them via email what on earth is taking so long.

Regardless of the delay I could not wait to get it and start working on it, however when it arrived I was even more disappointed:

1. The canvas quality was lower than the other websites I previously ordered from

2. The paints numbers were 70% unreadable because of poor printing, they send stickers to number them however they do not send multiple copies of the same number meaning some of the paint will not have a number and you would keep having to double check which is which.

3. I choose the biggest canvas and the amount of paint they sent is most likely suitable for one of their much smaller canvas

I reached out to them about a month ago when I received the product and asked either for correct paint or a refund and they said they will send the correct paint.

The paint never came and I emailed them yet again asking either for the paint or a refund.

I can’t believe I wasted money and so much energy on something that is supposed to be relaxing..

Artwork from Numeral Paint ain't good for us - they just nawt right. I think they are takin' it from small creators and ain't even gettin' permission. And guess what? Them small creators ain't gettin' a penny from any of it. It ain't fair to them, they already strugglin'. So if you thinkin' of buyin' from Numeral Paint, think again. Do the right thing and buy from the artists directly.

I done tried out numralpaint.com two times now, and both times I was a bit disappointed. The numbers on the paint by number kits was off, so when I tried to match the paint colors to the diagrams in the package and the picture on the box it just didn't work out - made it really hard to paint. Maybe I just got bad luck both times, but it's still a bummer. I'd reckon y'all to take yer money elsewhere and give this one a miss.

Just checked out numeralpaint.com and gotta say, the pics of their stuff looked super fine right on their webby! So, I ordered a bunch for my lady's BD pressie. But when them Numeral Paints showed up, they were just dang unimpressive. Plus, there was no packaging to speak of and that did NOT feel premium at all. These ain't cheap paints neither, so it was a real drag having to go add to my already pricey gift list. Like dang, was this thing really THAT bad? I was so embarrassed, I had to spring extra for something else to make up for it. Don't waste your time or cash on these, y'all.

until way after Christmas and was very disappointed. The website, numeralpaint.com, took way too long to process my order and ship it out. And to make matters worse, their customer service was non-existent. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but didn't receive any response. Plus, they don't seem to offer refunds, which makes me very apprehensive about buying from them again.

However, I must say that the product itself was quite good. The paint kit came with all the necessary materials and the colors were vibrant and eye-catching. The instructions were easy to follow, and my niece enjoyed painting the numbers and bringing the picture to life. It was a great activity for her to do during the holidays, especially with the ongoing pandemic.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about the Numeral Paint website. While the product was great, the shipping and customer service were far from satisfactory. It's always best to read reviews before making a purchase, as it saves a lot of disappointment in the long run. I do recommend trying the product, but only if you have enough time to spare for the shipping and don't mind a lack of communication from the website.

I went on the Numeral Paint website and ordered paint by number for 57 dollars. I was so excited to get it, but it didn't come for a really long time. I was so mad that I complained and then they finally sent it in May. Can you believe they even changed my order to 77 dollars when they finally sent it?! I was so frustrated that I filed a police report for theft. I'm also working with the Federal Trades Commission to try and get something done about these people. Finally, they sent the pictures out after I complained. It's just not fair.

I stumbled upon a website called Numeral Paints and was shocked to see two images of my father's artwork being sold without his permission. As someone who recognizes the importance of artists and their hard work, it is disheartening to see a company stealing their intellectual property. These thieves never contacted my father for licensing the images of his artwork, and now they are making money off of his talent.

I urge anyone reading this review to not support Numeral Paints. The fact that they are stealing from artists shows that they have no respect for the creative community. It is important for us to come together and stand up against this type of behavior. As my father always says, "Art is not just a talent; it's a way of life."

Numeral Paint, or numeralpaint.com, has been a big disappointment. I've had a lot of trouble with their shipping and delivery services. They have gotten my address wrong not once, but twice. Even after sending them the correct address three times! I had to pay for two shipping fees and the original purchase, and I still haven't received anything. It's been three months now, and I have nothing to photograph. What a rip-off!

I'm really upset about the lack of communication on their part. I tried to contact them several times, but got no response. It's as if they don't care about their customers at all. I was hopeful that they would fix the problem, but I haven't seen any effort from their end. For a business that's supposed to make people's lives easier, they're really not doing a good job.

I hope that they can make it right eventually, but for now, I wouldn't recommend Numeral Paint to anyone. It's really disappointing to see a company that doesn't value its customers. I'm only writing this review in the hopes that others don't have to go through the same thing I did. If they do fix the problem, I'll be happy to delete this review. But until then, I'm sticking to my opinion.

I ain't gonna lie folks, my experience with Numeral Paint was a bit of a letdown. I mean, I was excited to get my order and start creating some real nice artwork, but what I got instead was a bunch of hard paints. Like, so hard you could probably use them to knock someone out if you wanted to (joking aside, please don't do that).

Anyway, I reached out to their customer service team for some assistance and all they offered was for me to re-buy the paints and pay for the shipping. I mean, what kind of customer service is that? Ain't nobody got time or money for that.

I was able to salvage a couple of the paints by adding some water, but they came out all grainy and just not good. In hindsight, I should have known better than to buy products shipped from China. Lesson learned.

Next time, I'm just gonna stick with buying from my local craft store where I know the products are gonna be good and the customer service is gonna be on point. Save yourself the headache folks and do the same!

Alright, so first things first, let me dive into the packaging. Now, don't get me wrong, I was pretty excited to receive my Numeral Paint kit in the mail. But as soon as I tore open the plastic bag, my excitement turned into disappointment. The canvas was all folded up (several times, mind you) and it was squeezed into a narrow little bag along with the paints. And don't even get me started on the frame - it was just four flimsy, cheap looking pieces of wood.

Now, I had initially bought this as a gift for my stepson, but I honestly don't know how I can give him something that's presented so poorly. I mean, come on, Numeral Paint, could you put in just a little bit of effort when it comes to packaging? It's honestly pretty disappointing.

I even tried to reach out to them via their website, but to no avail. I left a message and didn't hear anything back. Talk about bad customer service.

All in all, while I haven't actually tried the paint yet, I have to say that the presentation of it all has really left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm just hoping that the quality of the paint itself makes up for the shoddy packaging.

So, I gotta say, this Numeral Paint site ain't been smooth sailing for me. Been dealin' with 'em for three whole months now and still just a whole lotta frustration. And lemme tell ya, the Postal Service ain't been no help either - lost my package in transit, they did. Finally got another canvas resent to me, but guess what?! It was missing the frame I paid extra dough for. What a total bummer, y'all. And now I'm over here, disputin' with my bank, tryna get my hard earned cash back. Honestly, I ain't got much faith in these folks over at Numeral Paint to even try to make things right.
