Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Sterling, the operations manager, was fantastic and spent time letting us know the process and at the end to make sure everything met with our satisfaction. Easy process, we feel like we are in a new house. Thanks to Ryan, Kim, and the crew who came out to paint.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Signed a fair contract but they did not comply - with their own contract. Work ethic, professionalism, and supervision totally lacking. It is a continual finger pointing game blame which happens more often than not and does absolutely nothing for the customer. Warranty provisions often used as an excuse for working outside of weather parameters (wind, snow, ice) and then they don't respond to warranty issues identified. Made the mistake of making full progress payments since the virus appeared to be causing them financial difficulties. BIG MISTAKE to be kind. Usually, one's caring is appreciated. Overall, after spending over $30,000 a very bad experience, Although, they did spray paint my car at no additional charge. They promise to reimburse ($100) that I paid so I could see out of the windshield but never did. Never again will I deal with this company nor recommend them to anyone!
