I order, which I thought, was the FREE trial bottle for .99 cent plus shipping and handling. My account was charged, when I submitted the information, $100.97. I callce the company for a refund, since they have a 100% guarantee, and to ship the product back. The supervisor stated they have a no refund policy . Therefore I am out $100.97 and have 3 bottles of the product to be flushed down the toilet. If anything I have learned never to trust anything you read in the newspaper or anything stated by a company on line. This is a ripoff and I would advise all people to disreguard and not advertise their product... Lesson Learned.

I also was stung with $100 fee for a FREE product. This company should be reported to the Federal Administrators for false publicity and extortion.

I to have found myself out $161.16 because of supposed terms and conditions. Pay the shipping and handling and have a free trail period. The trial period is suppose to be for the months supply they give to try the product. The day the product got to my door they charged my card 161.16, I hadn't even tried the product. I called to have this charged removed and they quote terms and conditions to me and have a speaker who cannot even speak fluent english tell me I agreed to this, and when I ask for a supervisor no one can help apparently they are all on other calls. I can't believe that I have been taken like this. I have used other products over the years from other companys and never once has a company charged me for a trial product. Scam artists these people are never use there product

I am having the same issue, however I was charged twice 79.98 and now 98.00. So I am out 177.98 for a product that does not work.. This companies customer care department is a joke, they repeat themselves and then when you say you want to cancel they put this recording on to offer you a 9.95 monthly fee to stay a customer, yet the do not offer to credit back the overcharges that you are getting with the 79.98 and 98.00 charges on your credit card, what a joke.

Not only was I surprised when I found out I was being charged $78.00 for each bottle but even after I canceled both, the next month I got another charge of $98.00 I called the supervisor and she said it had already been processed. I asked when it shipped? She said it was going out today, an entire month after I canceled it. Then she tried to refund $50.00 I went bezerk! She then agreed to refund the entire amount but I would have to ship the item back to her, I asked when it was shipped she said its already been processed I asked WHEN WAS IT SHIPPED she said today. This means that not only are they SHADY MISLEADING EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING, PAIN IN MY REAR, How is it possible that these people can operate like this and no one can stop them? Aren’t we already going through enough? I bet a banker owns the company! FRAUD BEWARE!

See, I was a little worried that this may be a scam when I ordered the pills. But I am desperate to find something that works, so I thought I would give them a chance. After all, I had read that CNN article and I thought that they may have some credibility. I just ordered the Acai berry suppliments, got charged $.99 for that, then turned around and ordered the Paraslim suppliments (they supposedly work together) and got charged $4.95 for those. I checked my email and only got an order confirmation for the Paraslim suppliments. Never got one for the other suppliments. That is kinda weird to me. Also, I I read the entire page thoroughly before I ordered. I am willing to pay that money if these things work, so I agreed to the 14 day trial. Now, if it takes that long for them to get me my pills, well that isn't fair. I don't know why but I just decided to check out that weird website address I got on my statement. And it brought me here, and now I see so many people have been scammed. That is terrible. I really hope all of you get your money back. They won't get a penny from me, more than what I already paid. I put a block on my bank, so that I can never go over what I have in my bank. So, I cannot be overdrawn. And I put the money in the account to use for these pills. There isn't anymore left, lol. So, they can try if they want, but they won't succeed. And, I gave the wrong phone number because I know that things like this sell your phone number. And I don't want a bunch of wahhooos calling my phone. But, I will keep you posted as to what happens when I get my pills. I plan on taking them, and I hope they work. If not, then I am none-the-wiser. Take care everyone. -Kristina from Jonesboro, GA

I finally got my money returned to me after cancelling my credit card and filing a complaint with my bank. It was my bank that was able to get the money reversed, not me. I talked to this companies customer service and it was a huge waste of my time and energy. Thank God my bank was able to get it back. They filed fraud claim against the company. Good luck to everyone. This company is tricky. Please be careful.

NEVER, EVER order anything from this company. My 14-year old daughter ordered a $4.95 trial from this company with my husbands credit card and then a month later we have two charges totaling over $180 - we called the company and they say "sorry, we will not refund your money, your daughter ordered them" then they hung up on me! This company is a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! BEWARE BEWARE!

Good day

Please be aware that this company NTR ACAI OPTIMUM IS A JOKE... Please DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT... NOTHING IS EVER FREE! They advertise that you will receive a free 14 day sample, but the reality is the company takes 14 days to get the product to you at which point they charge you the full price of the product...It's a scam that's been around for a long time. These people prey on consumers weakness and/or curiosity for a deal. NO DEAL HERE just GREED. Just be aware!

I have also had the same experience as all the above, i was told that i was liying because they dont do a free trial - that was the reason that i ordered them, because of the free trial. £126.71 in english pounds has been deducted from my account in total. When calling all they could go on about was the terms and conditions, which were not dispatched with the most expensive bottle of herbal tablets that i will have ever bought. Do not order this product or any product from this website as they are not a legitimate business, and can only run by ripping of people. Please please do not order any products from them

I to was scammed. They charged me $79.98 which I did not have. I am going to my bank in the morning & dispute this. My credit card is blocked. They took out the $4.95 off of my credit card. I am really angry about the whole situation. I hope no one else falls for this scam. I am also going to call the BBB & find out what can be done. I hope they put these companies out of business. Times are really hard right now. But I believe that these people will get their pay back. Gods Child from GA.

Yes definitely a scam. I ordered FREE trial bottle which was 60 pills. Only 28 of the pills were free. They charged me $79.98 to my account because they said I had 14 days from the day I ordered them to try them out. I called to cancel and ask for refund. They said they would refund me in 5 business days, of course they did not. When I called back they totally were repeating themselves and kept saying they had to receive product 1st which they have 5 days ago. They assure me they put in refund today and it will be 5 business days. I am thinking again they are not telling the truth. Please do not order these. I tried one day. My arm went numb, my face went numb and I had a headache all day. I couldn't even put a sentence together or think of simple words for a whole 24 hours and still had a headache for a few days.

I tried to cancel after getting the trial bottle but never was able to canceled it either. They charged my account for $79.98 for subscription then $98 for two bottles. I called them today and they refused to issue credit for my account. Unfortunately I used my ATM card so I wasn't able to get the refund. They said I authorized the charge because it was in the fine PRINT. How can we stop them?

This company is the biggest SCAM I have seen! Their terms and conditions are NOT clear and are VERY misleading! Free Trial...WHAT A JOKE! There is NO free trial with this company. I tried the live chat and when I started asking what State this company was operating in the chat ended and now they won't respond to my continued attempts to re-activate the live chat. I plan to make as many people as I can aware of this SCAM. These people need to be STOPPED NOW!

How can we stop these companies from getting away with such scams? I never received the sample but did receive a bottle of 60 pills (which I've never opened). I didn't want to take them until I had tried the sample. I just got my credit card bill which contained charges for the sample ($3.95 +foreign transaction fee of $ .07) PLUS the one bottle I did receive that I did NOT request ($79.98 + $1.59 foreign transaction fee) .. they claim I did order the sample which they were out of so they sent the full bottle! They also claim I was supposed to cancel my order within 14 days if I didn't want any shipments. NO WHERE DID I SEE ANY NOTATION TO THAT EFFECT.
I plan to once again contact my credit card company as I have no intension of paying these outrageous unauthorized charges. Can anyone advise whom else to contact to fight these SOB's?

Hey everyone, this conpany got me to, but I was charged .99 cents for shipping and handling and I never recieved the product at all, and then they turned around and charged me 19.98 on my card. I called and talked to them and they are suppose to ber giving me a refund in about 3-5 business days, I also filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I recorded our conversation and I am giving to a lawyer, so if I don't get my money back by tomorrow I am going to my lawyer and filling a complaint on them and it want be nice believe me.

I suggest you do some research into where the sites are hosted and send an email to the hosted site stating that they must take the site down due to legal reasons ie: false advertising.

Also take it up with any consumer affairs organisation within your country.

Also if you internet is not (free), ie: a firewall is blocking content, get any of these types of sites put on the blacklist.

OMG! I order it as well. I didn't even recieve the bottle until the 13th day! Than I mailed it back unopened and they still charged me. I called to complain and they said that they would not refund my money becasue I didn't call first to tell them I was returning the product. That I needed some kind of number to return it. Yet when I called them all I need was my name and zip to look up my info on there computers. The last time I check that information is on the tags to mail the bottle to me. I am so pissed. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business. I am also going to file fraud charges with my bank. This is just one huge SCAM>.

They scammed me out of $80 too. My account wasn't charged for three weeks. My card was canceled so they cannot charge me any more. The real problem is that their supplement is basically a Caffeine pill. It caused real problems for me because I don't get very much caffeine in my diet.

I tried to cancel after getting the trial bottle but never was able to reach anyone. Fortunately I used my credit card and I was called and asked if the charge was valid and authorized. So I was able to dispute the charge and have it removed and permanently blocked from my card. Why is this company allowed to continue to do business fraudulently and without being prosecuted?

I have also been taken for quite a ride with this disgusting company! I am sooo disappointed in myself for getting my self get caught up in something like this! I have contacted my bank, the charges are still pending. The are unable to do any thing until the charges post. At that point i will be able to disput the charges for $79.98 (that was charged twice!)and $169.95. For AcaiOptimum & Advance Cleanse that were suppose to work better together! Right!?! I have contacted these companies several times just to get the run around about "Terms & Conditions" which were not any where visible on the ordering screen, you would would have to scroll literally to the end of the page and in tiny print! When i called and asked why i have been charged not only unauthorized but twice they said i had agreed to the "Terms & Conditions" i let them kno that i would be disputing the charges they said that if i did so they would not refund my money! Threat!?! I went ahead and let my bank know what they had said and they said that once the charges post i could dispute but only then. I am so frusterated I thought i had purchased their free trail for $3.95 total for both produscts but now they have debited $329.91 that are pending!

I also fell for the trial offer scheme, but in addition my bank since then has called to notify me that the initial shipping cost have now resulted in charges for the $79.99 and $169.95 . My account has also been charged for airline tickets and other items I have no idea about.
