I have been attempting to reach Novawave (antenna) customer service since 12/13/22 to get a return authorization. I get computer generated emails and no response to numerous voice mails. the only address I could locate is 900 Island Dr, Redwood City. I am assuming this is the correct information as they don't seem to want to be contacted or located. Thank you.
