Norton Visa review: Rebate 2 bad cards visa refuse to pay

Norton visa cards were never good... Lost 60.00

Bought at Norton at fry's Orange County cal. Tried to use cards several times since 12/19. Always told no good. Cards say funds do not expire. 2 cards, one 10.00 second 50.00.

Finally my visa told me can no one back of card says temporarily not working by Verizon. So I am writing you.
