On 02/19/2015 Katarzyna picked up a payment of $285.97 I had sent her through Western Union, the order number is ([protected]). The Item was ordered through her Etsy page and the ordering process is well documented in our conversations on the website, to which I will be more than happy to share. On 03/18/2015 Katarzyna mentioned she would be sending photos of the item in progress. The item was a Landsknecht costume to be custom made by NobleCraftandHistory. Since the 03/18/2015 message I did not recieve any further messages from Katarzyna via Etsy, and instead had to find her Facebook page to contact her. 3 messages were sent to her Etsy inbox, and finally one on 04/14/2015. I did not receive a reply until ten days later. Katarzyna mentioned that the Ukranian war was giving them difficulties but said I would receive the product I had purchased in 2-3 weeks time. It was not until 06/30/2015 and after a few more messages that Katarzyna contacted me again. I had mentioned I would be bringing a case up against Katarzyna, she replied she was sorry and asked I send my measurements to have the outfit made. I was skeptical at this point, since the product was said to be completed and to be delivered 2-3 weeks from April 14th. Since then Katarzyna has opened and closed her various websites, facebook page, and etsy profile multiple times. I have asked for a refund of my money, but have not received any further correspondence from them since July 1st, when they mentioned they would give me a refund but said they could not tell me when that would be.
