Nicor Home Solutions Warranty review: Toilet

I filed an claim in August 8, 2023 for an new toliet. Today is October 2, 2023 I started calling at 8 a.m. their representatives will put you on hold and never return or phone you back. This company used to rated a 10. Their rate has changes to a 3. TERRIBLE!

This company and their customer service representatives are liars, and a scam company. I pay over $140.00 a month no service or your product is never delivered. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
