I had an appointment for full head of highlights and a cut.
I did not get a full head of highlights like I asked for. In fact, she did not even do a half head was obvious from the photos where my roots are not covered at all.
I was only in the salon for three hours. It is not possible to do a of full head of highlights and a cut in three hours, even a half head and cut cannot be done in three hours.
I was charged for two toners that I did not request.
I've been having my hair highlighted for several years and I have never needed two toners.
The following morning when I washed my hair there was shampoo residue in my hair when I wet it , it obviously was not washed or rinsed properly.
I complained to the salon and they stated I had a completely different hair treatment. It was no what I asked for at all and not what my receipt showed.
I will never return to this salon and would advise others not to.
There was no attempt to engage in conversation with me from the salon, in fact they said in their email they would not be engaging further to me.
Also, what I found appalling, the staff in the salon were openly speaking about clients in a derogatory manner.
I am taking this salon to the small claims court, reporting them to Trading Standards and reporting them to National Hair and Beauty Federation.
This salon needs to be held accountable for its incompetence and taking customers money but not providing them with the service they request.
