Nexus Tour review: Your sold by agent giving wrong information

We are in Princess Riviera resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. The Nexus tour sales rep Diego, offered us some tours in Mexico on 25th June 2024 in the hotel premises and I told him that we do not swim and looking for something safe. He suggested is Cenote paradise tour half day and said it is safe for non-swimmers too. Based on his information, we booked Cenote tour for Jun 27. To our surprise on the day of tour, the tour guide said that swimming is required for this tour. We had to sit aside on shore while trip as it was not safe considering we don’t m kw swimming. When I returned and complained about it to the office in hotel premises on June 28, the sales rep falsely put all blame on us saying we chose this tour and that they cannot help in any way in this.
