I signed the agreement with the company www.nexpromo.com. After that I sent the refundable deposit in amount of $1, 500 to the seller. After 4 weeks I understood that I was unhappy with their services and contacted the seller. He promised to provide this deposit, but after 5 days I still haven’t received it. I called him almost each day, but this scammer only lied and told ###. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
I signed up with Nexpromo and sent them a "refundable deposit" on 4/1/14 for $1, 750. The Owner, Adam Mirza, sent me a signed Agreement stating the methods in which they would advertise my company and the amount they would bill me on a per call basis. Their site and their Agreement states they don't bill you until you see results, that they "invest" into your company and you're only billed for the leads they send to you. This has not been true in my case. As of today, Adam has blocked my number, barely emailed me back and when he does, it's not assuring my he ever intends on returning my deposit. They did not send any "billable" calls to me that met our agreed upon requirements and he's even now telling me I owe him $1, 000 in advertising expenses, which we never once agreed on. I'm now out of $1, 750 and need to look into taking them to court. As of today, 5/22/14, Adam is still nowhere to be found, still refuses to refund me and stopped replying to emails as well. BEWARE.

If what your saying is the truth, please submit contact info so investigation officers may contact your for paypal receipt documents and signed contract
Im sure you have some sort of receipt that you paid Nexpromo $1500 please share screenshot from paypal showing you made a payment, also a copy of a signed contract
