NEWPRO Home Solutions review: Carpet application

They came and left damage to a carpet area that was not to be done, they left rolls, and bubbles in the carpet, the seams were very obvious, they put a hole in one wall, the bent every register cover in my living room and dining area, they left carpet glue on my wood floor, the padding was not placed everywhere so I have several dips, they came back out with the same man who did the damage to repair the work, they walked around and left, the carpet I ordered was pet and stain proof and I have a stain from an accident after 4 shampoos, a different color in an area in my living room, The seam was so bad the first time I vacuumed the carpet 2 strips of the carpet fiber pulled out and now there are 2 strips of carpet fiber removed. They are not responding to texts or calls. I was told the company was going to call me and its been over 48 hours and still no call. The crew that came out looked around and left without completing any work. They also bent every floor register covr in the areas they put carpet down and jus shrigged it off.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. No respect for customers or correcting a shoddy job much less the damages they caused.
