I downloaded some "free" overlays from their site... that got emailed to me...
(I figured I'd get a bunch of spam email from all kinds of sites... but I could deal with that.)
Sure... they sent the overlays to my email...

But now MY COMPUTER IS COMPLETELY FROZEN! I can't even do a force shut down by holding down the power button!

And on top of that... 20 minutes later... my iPhone notifies me that someone is trying to use my Apple ID!

They loaded my computer with spyware... and within a1/2 hour... began trying to use my info!

After it was too late...
I looked at their Facebook page...
All the people who comment on their posts are fake!
Look them up yourself... all the people connected to their Facebook page have no friends themselves... and posts are put up by a computer... with "likes" under the post... but there is never a comment that's written out. All done by a computer.

Now I feel so stupid for not looking up reviews about their site before I took the free overlay downloads!

My Apple ID and all my other passwords are easy to change... but who knows what damage they did to my computer.
I've never seen a computer not respond to a force shut down... and I have no idea how I'm gonna fix this...

I've never given them my email address and yet they've cold called (spammed) me 5 times this week wanting to "work with me" for SEO purposes. They've clearly scraped my email address. This is violation of CASL (Canada's anti-spam laws)

So, I had a pretty crappy experience with Fixthephoto. I forked over a whopping $189.00 back in March, and I still haven't gotten my pics or a refund. Like, seriously? Come on guys, get it together. It's been such a bummer dealing with this mess. I had to call my credit card company and go through all this headache just to try and get my hard-earned cash back. It's left me with a real lack of trust in this company. I mean, if they can't even handle fulfilling their promises, what can they handle? Overall, I'm feeling pretty discouraged and disappointed.

I ain't gonna lie, Fixthephoto's service was a real letdown. I forked over $10 to get a fancy photo touch-up, but what I got in return was a downright shameful experience. It was like they didn't even try! My expectations were sky-high for a real high-quality professional photo editing package, but instead I got nothing more than some filter that seemed like it was slapped together using an app. Definitely not worth the money I paid!

Now don't get me wrong, I'm no expert when it comes to photo editing or anything, but I can certainly tell the difference between a professional job and a half-baked one. And let me tell you, Fixthephoto's work was definitely the latter. It was nothing but a total waste of my time and money.

If I'm gonna pay for a service, I want what I paid for: a quality photo editing service that can be trusted to do the job right. If I wanted multiple people in one photo edited, the price went up to $30 per photo!

This was a major let-down for me, as I wanted a more natural look for my photos.

So, it's like this right, I wanted to get some o' my wedding photos edited - you know, like with all the fancy stuff. So, I contacted https://fixthephoto.com/ cuz I heard they're good at what they do. But yo, lemme tell you - I was wrong!

I got 10 photos edited by them, but it wasn't all smooth sailin'. They were supposed to remove hair from people's faces, but what happened was they removed half of their eyebrows too! And that ain't even the worst part. These guys were so incompetent that they distorted people's faces in the photos.

Yo, that's messed up! It's like these folks don't even know what they're doing! So, I asked them for a refund cuz they obviously messed up, but they sent me two more sets of edited photos with the same messed-up faces. I mean, come on! What's the point of paying good money for something they can't even do right? They charged me like $300 AUD for this nonsense.

Let me tell you, folks, don't waste your money on these imposters. You can find better photo editors who can actually do what they say they can do. I looked around on Etsy and found some amazing people who did a way better job. Don't fall for the hype and just go with these "professional" folks cuz you'll regret it!
