Neighbor.com review: Storing an item for a renter

I was storing a trailer on the side yard of my house through the third party app, Neighbor.com. I needed the trailer moved so I could bring some bulk trash forward. Through the app, I contacted the owner of the trailer, who came to my house. As he was pulling his trailer forward, the upper edge of it caught under the lip of my roofs eave. He caused $850 in damage, and neighbor refuses to cover it. They are telling me that they only offer liability insurance if he hurts himself on my property, but he is responsible for any damages that he causes. Now he won't respond to me, neighbor refuses any responsibility, and I am out $850.
