I purchased a mattress and protector online on 14th March for £840.25 Order Number DUK4419. When I started online I selected a Give as you Live donation.
Due to the security on my new laptop the link to Give as You Live did not work. My donations all go to Diabetes UK as I am a sufferer.
Give as You Live have contacted you to correct the problem but you refused their claim.
I am very pleased with the mattress but very disappointed in the response to this Give as you live claim. If the donation widget had connected properly a donation of £60 would have been made.
Although I am very pleased with the mattress I feel that I cannot recommend your company to my friends due to this small matter that I hope you can resolve.
