NDB review: Getting a debit card

I am a resident of Dubai, for the second month I have been trying to get a card from this bank to pay bills for an apartment, phone and others. They opened an account for me, but they don't give me a debit card. Every week they send me a new list of questions that do not concern them. They already know my whole life even more than my mother knows. During this time, I have opened an account with another bank and I am already using another card. It's funny to me how NDBs work. Very bad. The worst bank of all.
