I purchased a puppy from a breeder that will not give me any information about who she is or where she is at. Would not let me come pick up the puppy. She went through this company for the transportation and neither one of them were up front about all the charges that would be involved. Now the company is threatening abandonment charges. I offered to pick the puppy up but they will not allow me to. I have paid for the charges so far but each time I pay there is a new charge I need to pay to proceed.
