Dear BBB:

I have attempted to receive my refund from Nature's Jewelry since November '2021.

I have called for the past two months held for at least 30-45 minutes and been hung up and transferred to customer service when I specifically ask for the Level two customer service.

After many numerous long time call waits I finally spoke with Kathy, Level two Customer Service who assured me my check had been processed and would be released in a day.

Prior to speaking with Kathy, I had spoken to Jane Employee # 592181 who assured me that if I had to call back and speak with a level two customer service agent because they are only ones who can issue or make sure the check would be released or paid to me. And when I called back that Customer Service Agent, level two was Kathy. She stated that the check has been pending sometime since December and that it needed to be released.

Needless to say, I am frustrated and worn out from calling and the last person I spoke with Kathy, customer Service Level 2 assured me that the check was being released and she would call me back with the check number. She never contacted me as promised nor have I received the check.

Please assist me with my refund of $84.78 for earrings that had been returned timely.
