Natural Lawn of America review: I would like a full refund

I used Natural Lawn of America Newtown, CT for the past few years. This year they just showed up, no appointment. When I called them to tell them that I did not want their service (and did not authorize them to come-or charge my credit card) I was rudely told that the automatically come back every year unless a customer calls to cancel. I have also noticed that the lawn smells like chemicals, which it is not supposed to. They claim that they use organic products & it is toxin free. I have since learned that they have 2 tanks, one for the organic product & one for the toxic chemicals. The reason I chose them is because they claim to be organic & non-toxic. That is NOT the case! Also their 'customer service' is extremely aggressive & not at all customer friendly! Their moto appears to be 'the customer is always wrong'. They were very rude & not at all empathetic or understanding to my situation.
