In June 2024, I paid a total of $59,975 (a $40,000 check plus $17,500 and $2,475 debit transfers), documented on invoices #NCBR00032818 and #NCBR00033182 — amounts I was later told were worth only $22,554.61 (and which market quotes show are approximately $32,725.33 today). The receipts are all attached.

They are being sued in Texas Southern District court by MANY others for the same fraudulent business practices they
engaged in with me. Those case no. are 4:2018cv04146, 4:2024cv00200, 4:202502520, and 4:2025cv03832. The names of
the individuals that scammed me were Don Fogo, Dorian Ausby and Jeff Harrison and they should ALL be held
accountable, pay back every single penny and close their business or be thrown in prison. This was my 401k savings and
it financially devastated me
