i went online to try to get a pay day loan to help pay my bills with and of course you have to put you information in to get any were on them sites well on june 11, 2010 i looked at my transaction history on my bank account and i saw a depit for 99.95 from national platinum service and i didnt even know what that was. so i called my bank and they gave me the number to the business. i call and talk to a supervior and they told me that i filled it out and i told them that i had not even been on a site like that and that i wanted my money refunded and they told me that the me that the money was non refundable that i had 7 days to call and cancel the subscription and i told them the i didnt even know about it so how could i call and cancel it. they told me that i would have to go on there site and order 100.00 dollars worth stuff and sale it on ebay or at a flea market to get my money back.
i have bills to pay just like any human being in this world money is hard to come by and when you dont have much like me you bills go unpaid because of rediculous business like this they take your information from payday loan sites and go from there. so now my bills will go unpaid because of them and i will have nothing.
they are scammers from hell.

In checking bank records I noticed a charge of $99. 95. I inquired about the charge from my bank and was told it was from National Platinum Services. I was given a number to call. Prior to this. I have never heard of this company. I called and spoke to a representative who insisted I have filled out an application online and had authorized the charges. I explained to the representative I had never heard of their company and had never filled out an application and felt my informatin had been obtained by them from someone else. They refused to reimburse my money so I am currently trying to find a way to fight them to have my money reimbursed.
I was also filling out a paydayloan application and this site popped up i did not accept this and i surly did'nt put my information in on this bogaus site. They got the information from the paydayloan application, when i called the national platinum call center i was told this was non refundable and basicly they told me the only was to get this information was to go to their site which i never did. The company will not own up to that this site pops up when you are filling out a loan application, i need my money back and i don't want to wait no 2week for it to be put back in my account, when you are trying to talk to them they hang up in your face there should be something done about a compant that takes information and just apply it to or for their own benefit. Companys like this should not be allowed on the internet this is why people don't want to use things like the internet, even if you file a fraud report this will show your information and the company will not own up to getting the information the wrong way it will be put on you as the one that did it i need to get my money asap not 2 weeks ...
wow the same thing happend to me this company is a scam i went on line to get a payday loan and when i looked at my checking account i had a negitive bal. then a saw that $99.95 was taken out of my account it was webplatam i said who are these nuts i nevr heard of them so i had to call my bank and they gave me there number i called them i was pou on hold for a long long long time then some lady comes on and she acked like she could not hear me so i hung up and called back again on hold for a long time then finely i spoke to another lady she gave me a address in carson city nv to write them about my member i told her i'm not a member and i don't want to be a member so she hung up on me and i'm telling i was mad so i called my bank and put in a dispute so people be carefull.
