The State Bar of Georgia is a complete JOKE! STUPID **tards like: William Smith, Carmen Rafter, and the other Counselmen do nothing to address the tons of complaints about craapy lawyers in the state of GA, (esp. the issues regarding racism), and refuses to stop these negligent lawyers from porrly representing & screwing with their clients! There are too many losy lawyers in Georgia-Carolina, and people need honest and dependable State Bar Agencies, to do the right thing, not continuing to lie and protect lawyers who commit crimes; like Ramon Walls Palanca, Nathaniel F. Hansford, James W. Ellison, Daniel W. Hamilton, Michael C. Garrett, Benjamin A. Jackson, Jackson R Massey, Wiiliam Sussman, Jeffery S. Bowman, and Darwin F. Johnson, whom all have had & continue to have- numerous complaints and accusations of violating the law, sexual misconduct, racism, lying about clients to cover up their mistakes, falsifying records, and sabotaging their own clients's cases (esp. that of African-Americans)!. The State Bar of Georgia continues to support and ingnore complaints, and publically condone Racism and Civil Rights violations to prevail in THE "DIRTY SOUTH", all these 'so-called' lawyers ARE BAD ATTORNEYS! And lawyers lke them should've been disbarred... This local NAACP Chapter, would not refer, and DOES NOT recommend any of these racist lawyers to anyone.. BEWARE!
