Napoleon review: Natural gas bbq legend ld4 model

False advertising that napoleon BBQ are made in Canada, since clearly on the back of the grill says made in China. The assembly directions were awful (I have an IQ of 140) just as expected for made in China products.
You are also charging prime price for a frenzy product.
I have been a Napoleon products customer for more than 11 years, including fireplaces.
Unfortunately, I have already assembled (took me 4 hours and I'm very handy) the BBQ and am ashamed of myself that I paid more than a $1, 000 for this product.
We'll see how good you are in satisfying your dye hard customers. BTW, I tried to call your customer support and after 48 minutes I'm still on hold.
I guess nobody cares anymore. So disappointed.
