Dear Sir or Madam

I ordered the Denim Jumpsuit Blue on 9th September 2025. Since this day, the only communication I have received is that of the screenshot that I attach.
There has been no further update about my order, since 16 September 2025 and as you will note from my screenshot, that there is no further update for over a week now.

The yellow line from the attached photo is worrying for me as it's not moved to show that it will be delivered this week - and usually with NA-KD delivery notifications, the line is in black.

What is going on with my order?

Desired outcome: I'd like to receive delivery of my good ordered
