SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

N26 Bank / Number26transfers and payments

Hello,

I would like to raise a complaint against Bank N26.

It's been about 3 weeks that I am unable to Transfer or process payments.
I've contacted customers service support several times in the last couple of weeks and received very weak updates, they just say that a ticket already exists for my case and its been investigated, they "will" contact me by email when same is resolved but no timeline telling me when can I expect the issue to be resolved or anything...
I even tweeted on the issue, they messaged me on tweet but yet no timeframe to have the issue resolved and I don't really know if same has been investigated. For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to use the card every now and again, but no luck...
