This survey site is a complete waste of time! I signed up 3 years ago and as of this writing I've never received one active survey to take. My opinion Now is now on Santa's naughty list!

I joined this site many years ago and still have yet been able to reach 20, 000 pts since I qualify for very very few surveys. Recently I completed a survey on 5/17/19 for 1000 pts on sofas but am still waiting to receive my 1000 pts. I have email them at least 3 times but never receive any response. bad customer service and almost impossible to earn enough pts for a cash out.
