On June 22, 2023, I was on the line with an agent that was assisting me with a Doctor's office payment. Instead of proceeding with that payment, I was put on hold and transferred to an automated system that said I'd be charged $3.95 a month until I cancel. I didn't want this product or service. This kind of service handicap is very unprofessional. Always make sure that the customer is completely aware of what is being offered first. Then proceed with the customer' s full understanding.
