on 10th October @ 10am I booked a 2 course lunch with drink @ Muthu Ben Doran Hotel, Tyndrum for myself and mother after driving 50 miles and an hour and 15 minutes when we arrived at the hotel they advised me they did not do lunches?! On showing the recepetionist my confirmation she dismissed me and told me to contact Groupon that she shouldnt do anything and that I should have be able to book this lunch... but I have and I did.. I am now complaining to Groupon as this was purchased through your site and the Muthu Ben Doran Hotel refuse a refund for goods/a lunch not received
