We have a poor customer service experience from Mushrif mall sharaf dg, as we went there to buy a cooking range. We waited there more than 15 mins and asked for support, nobody’s cares. They told somebody will come but they didn’t even attend. While moving out from the showroom also they didn’t even asked anything. Hope they misunderstood that sharaf dg is the only one supplier who is dealing with this products.
