In December money was debited from my account twice. Once on the 23rd and again on the 29th. Today being the 2nd of January tried calling them multiple times but they were of no helping. They keep telling me that they'd put me through to someone who'd help but to no avail. The call centre agents don't answer calls. They are rude and abrupt. They also drop the calls when asked too many questions. They lie and say they are under NCR worst lie ever.

MSD consulting reassured me that they are a legit debt review company and have since refunded my money back. They are registered under NCR ref no. 1873932
After getting through to a consultant who was very helpful and kind. His name is Asser. Thank you for fulfilling your promise. Apologies for the misunderstanding regarding the company not being registered under NCR. Matter resolved in an amicable manner.
