I was contacted by Narriman Benjamin who conned me into debt review on Friday 25 November 2022.
Tried the remainder of Friday and today to get hold of her on the cell phone number she gave me. No answer.
When she was asked by myself if this is a form of debt review she said no, by law they will just ensure that
I pay the interest I should be paying and not a cent more.
I am more than capable of paying my debt. I have tried to contact the cancellations department at MSD Consulting,
but nobody answers.
I require an urgent cancellation document from them to hand to my bank.
Desired outcome: Cancellation document from them. An apology from that Con Women. How do you sleep at night???????
I Cancelled in I Cancelled less in than 24hours Due to incorrect amounts on agreement
I was contacted by this company 11 October 2023, in the evening , the sales consultant sent online agreement form for signing and sent debicheck immediately after which i was told to approve, he further said i can contact him should i have any issues as i felt it was abit rushed , said he would give me his number ,which he did not send . I only received copy of the agreement the next morning when i noticed that the salary amount was incorrect and the expenses was inaccurate and alot of expenses were missing , I had then sent an email to cancel by 9am 12 October 2023,and sent 4 emails each day to cancel as no one got back to me , tried calling as well each day with no luck , just get sent from one person to another thats if i do get through. I did not submit any of the required documents so nothing should have been finalised according to there contract. when they did not receive the debit order , now they want to contact me . The service is appalling, I cancelled before anything could be done and no documents was sent why should i pay. than 24hours Due to incorrect amounts on agreement

Msd is a fraud don't fall for their scam they even lie and say they are from RCS you will find out later that you are under debt review stay away from those scammers they will ruin your life
just as everyone on here, complaints about MSD, i ant to cancel the debt review. but i cant seem to get hold of anyone that can help me at there offices.
these people are real scammers.
So sorry i ever picked my phone up for them.
They will lie and say they are from RCS and you are not supposed to be paying the amount that you are paying they never mention their name and they will ignore you to death when you call and ask them to remove u the will demand R1000 cancelliation fee that u don't even have
Please advise if you were helped - I have a name of girl who contact me as well and the more I said that I don't need help, the prospects of having to skip the interest charged on a few of my accounts seemed very inviting. I am so happy I didn't fall for this scam as I told her all the time, that I can afford to pay my creditors but this whole thing really was too good to be true! Her name is Ashieka [protected]. The more people reporting them to national credit regulation the better!
People stay away from MSD consulting! They are not helpful at all. I've moved over to debt rescue and in one single day I've signed more documents, received more help and answers and have the process going effortlessly hassle free! Do not sign up with MSD!
