Relocated my 2 bedroom apartment to a new city on December 1 and December 2.

I relocated my 2 bedroom apartment to a new city on December 1 and December 2. On the first day, the movers packed our belongings at our previous residence. The following day, they transported everything to our new home. Upon unloading, I noticed damage to my living room TV console. I pointed this out to the crew leader, who acknowledged the issue. I documented the damage with photos and reported it to a company representative. Additionally, after unpacking, I discovered that two designer bags and other items were missing. I contacted the company and was asked to provide evidence of the missing items. I managed to supply video recordings and was working on obtaining receipts. The company initially denied responsibility but offered $500 as a gesture, which I declined, insisting on a proper resolution.
