Mountian Vista Behavioral Geriatric Center. review: Facility filth and lack of pt info to patient

Recently had to use your services3/18 - 3/25. First thoughts were how filthy the facility is. Stains in the sink, calcium build up, spots onbthe floor and windows so dirty you can't look outside. The dining area is horrible, ugly food everywhere as well as the food always cold. Ice cold. Don't blame staff because there isn't any. No way to contact anyone during anytime in room. Only emergency switch in restroom. Call lights don't work in rooms. Nor are they even hooked up. I was fall risk terrified about what would happen. Overall vivit
