Motel One Manchester-Piccadilly review: Hotel room and services

Sewage smell in the room and no sound proofing wanted us to change the room but the service staff were unhelpful and rude, making the experience even worse. Additionally, smell of dope at the entrance is also the characteristic of this hotel. As a season global traveller I have never experienced anything like it - this hotel is definitely the worst hotel in Manchester. It is not a 3 star hotel, in my view 1-2 stars at best. Tried to get another room but staff not able to do anything and didn’t seem to care… Disappointing experience and being a ‘BeONE’ member is not helping anything. WASTE OF MONEY, THIS UK HOTEL DESERVES A ZERO RATING!
