Social Security mistakenly deposited my benefits to Morgan Stanley (2 months) and they have refused to transfer to my Bank of America checking accounts.
Also I have asked them to CLOSE all my accounts at Morgan Stanley and transfer proceeds. They refuse to even answer emails. They are holding over $500k of my money that they will not let me have access . This is in the guise of protecting me from fraud because I did have a problem with PayPal years ago, but that is no longer relevant, bu now thy are trying to link fraud to another innocent party which is totally false!

Claimed loss: $5400 - Social Security deposits

Desired outcome: Transfer Social Security deposits as requested immediately and close all accounts and transfer to Bank of America ASAP.
