I May 2022 I notified the company that my 6 month old sweeper stopped working. They requested a video showing the problem, as it quit working after 2 or 3 seconds. They sent me a new battery which did not solve the problem. I was told that it must be the motor and they promised to send me a new motor back in September, but I have not received it yet and they do not respond to my emails and their phone [protected]) keeps telling me that I will get the next available agent. After staying on the line waiting for a half an hour, the phone drops the call. I have gone through that phone process four times now on different days and get the same result.
