don't waste ur money on any membership. this is a total rip off! u dont get 24/7 service, and u dont even get priority. ull pay a monthly fee and then have to argue with their idiot answering service to have someone come out. so disappointing. not a local company. no one that works there knows who owns it or whether or not its even a corporation.

I spent 20k on a new hvac system from Moore Home Services. The installers were in a hurry to leave and closed my son's door. In the middle of the night, my son woke up screaming because his room was too hot, even though the thermostat was set to 70 degrees. I'm glad he woke me up or I wouldn't have known. Now I have an unsafe system and I'm out 20k. It's important to remember that branding and marketing don't always mean quality.

I been with Moore's rewards program for like 2 years now. They always nice, on time and know what they doing. One time, the guy came to give me my yearly tune-up and he smelled some weird gas coming from the furnace (I smoke a lot so I can't smell nothing). He told me about it and helped me fix it. He probably saved my life. Anyway, I'm super happy with the service I got from them. It's worth every penny.

Watch out! Don't even give them one star. Moore Home Services is the worst heating and air conditioning company to do business with. They don't follow their motto of 100% satisfaction or your money back. Their ads say they only hire friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable installers, but that's a lie. The Santa Rosa branch is far from that. The first installer was rude, mean, and broke things. He almost hit me when I asked him to close the door. He asked why I was so mad, but it was 37 degrees outside, and we had no heat. He gave me a scary look. It turns out that this was common with that technician. They trick you with false advertising. We asked for the best, most efficient system and were willing to pay more because of their guarantee. They didn't give us what we wanted, and the installation was wrong, so it didn't pass inspection. After many attempts to fix it, we asked for our money back. The general manager offered us a settlement, but we haven't heard anything since. We might have to sue them. They're all talk and no action.

I had central air and heat installed last year this is how the ceiling was left. I was promised several times and have made several attempts to have this corrected and almost a year later nothing has been done. I have also had technicians out last year and again this year with issues of the condensation not draining correctly. The last visit a few weeks ago I was once again promised the ceiling issue would be resolved and still nothing. I do not want to blast this on social media nor do I want to take legal action. I just want it corrected

I don't like getting mail from Moore Home Services. I've been living here for 6 years and they keep sending me mail for three different people that I don't know. I've told them to stop 4 times on the phone and I've sent back 6 mailings with RRFUSED over the last three years, but they still send me stuff. I want to be taken off their mailing list for real. I don't want to get anything from them anymore. Thanks.
