I am trying to understand what part of the term of agreement I violated to have my Moonpay account disabled. I have not been a large investor and am fairly new to investing in crypto and used your payment platform with my wallets I have and never had a issue and liked your platform very much and want to continue to be able to use this payment platform. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

Moonpay Usa - This cryptocurrency platform, I transfered my funds over and never ever receive any cryptocurrency back from them
