About 2&1/2 years ago Monster travel called and offered me a $500:00 package which I paid for in full however, since then I've not been able to use the services bought.
I'm not sure how a company like Monster is allowed to exist and steal people's hard earned monies. Over the last few years have called to schedule travel with nothing available.
Recently (July 1 - 4) I have been calling to schedule another trip and was advised that I would have to pay more monies. In the middle of my conversation I was disconnected.
I asked to be refunded and was told that was not possible. I asked to speak to the manager and my request was denied.
How is it that a company in the 21st Century is given licenses to SCAM hard working people out their money. This to totally unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded the $500:00 which I worked very hard for and can't afford to give it away.
