I was ill and had forgot about my order, which I accept was partly my fault, so the order was deemed finalised, as I hadn't been in touch.
When I realised, I contacted Mona Lisa Mall with no response. Finally, I then got a message saying they had overlooked my message and would re-send my order out. They never did. I checked with my local post office and they have no record of the parcel. I had complained to them many times and they have now blocked me from messaging them. I got in touch with Aliexpress via their online service. Again, they promised me a refund and said they would look into my complaint, give it top priority and get me a refund. Despite their many promises, nothing has ever happened.
