MOHELA review: Student loan servicer

They are trying to do the same thing to me! I am a prior county, state and federal worker, and have been paying on my student loans for 21 years, and when I went to work for the state, Fed Loans had them and they had me scheduled for balance to be forgiven March 2025, then Mohela took them and President Trump took office and when March came and went and they had not forgiven them I contacted Mohela and they said I HAD TO consolidate the two loans together first as they were in ICR and then put them in IBR, then they could forgive the balance. I did as they said and instead of forgiving them they REAGED them which is against the law and what slimy finance companies and credit card companies try to pull, they started my payments completely over for another ten years! Now only allowing me 68 of the 250 payments made on my accounts and not including any payments prior to them taking my accounts from Fed Loans in 2015, when I started into repayment on my loans with Great Lakes in 2007! They also did not include the time in deferrements or forbearance, as the government TOLD US AS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE'S WAS GOING TO BE DONE! Now when I call them they admit they should not have consolidated and need to reverse them, then send me to the PSLF office, who then kept me on hold for half hour then said someone would have to call me back! No one is calling me! I am looking for a large lawfirm to sue them on contingency basis, so anyone who would help please contact me! I am a twice widowed 61yr old semi retired mother, and have no income by widows pension right now as I am suing Pritzker for my state pension after he made me sick then shoved me out too, then tried to offer my same job back in a toxic environment. I am SOOOO sick of the financial and real estate corruption in this country and thinking of not voting this year due to it! I am a staunch Republican, but neither party seems to give a crap about us who are drowning in debt from student loans and the housing costs! The landlords and real estate agencies and investment banks profiting off all, need to be in prison!
