Mohamad Irzam Bin Mohd Mubarak review: disappointed about cimb bank

Good morning for cimb hq, today I just get call from person incas about my business loan, today he tell me about my loan reject because of 2 reason one is about my creadit card high used, second about return cek. First I need to tell cimb bank if I used creadit with high price is meaning I pay evermonth for my creadit card not involved with u, when I check with bank negara my cris all okay, second about my return check, my return cek because I write not true amount and write for cek is wrong spelling that cimb bank give reason for me, I very disappointed with cimb bank seriously, I used cimb bank account is coming for 4 years already like this I get from cimb bank, another loan bank is easy to pass but with cimb bank is difficult to pass, its is better I not have account company with cimb bank, I have 3 accounts with cimb bank one is company account second is current account personal third is saving account, I hava account with u but like this I get from u.. If my appeal not respon with u is better I close my account with u. Personal loan difficult to pass then I try do business loan after 3 years but still not approve and give many reason for me.. U check all about company account and cris at bank negara before u submit but all okay not have another problem about payment, I very disappointed with cimb bank hq.. I hope u can give me a good answer for me.. If I get same answers from cimb bank is better I not used cimb bank again.. Thanks
