I gotta say, I have no clue who these guys at Modernist D?cor are, but they just won't quit with the text spam! I mean, seriously, they bombard my phone multiple times a day, and it's driving me bonkers. Ain't nobody got time for that, right?

I've been trying to get in touch with the company to sort out my issue, but it's been quite a struggle. The best they could do for me was to suggest reordering with a 50% discount. Now, I ain't keen on shelling out more dough just to get what I originally ordered. You see, I had my heart set on an address sign, and the size I specifically requested was 10x17. But what I ended up receiving was a measly 6 1/2x17 sign. When I brought this up, their response was that the sizes are just approximate. Now, I don't know about you, but to me, that ain't no small difference. We're talking a whopping 40% off in terms of height.

Well, guess what? It's been almost a month now, and I still haven't heard a peep from them. Zero response. Can you believe the nerve? It's downright infuriating, especially when they claim to be aware of the issue and say they're willing to fix it. Yeah, right.

So, let me tell you, folks, if you're thinking about getting something from Modernist D?cor, you might want to think twice. Sure, their products might look cool, but if something goes wrong, good luck getting any help from them. It's a real letdown, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this frustration.

Everything seemed perfect until February of 2021 when I noticed something amiss. It appeared that my lovely sign was getting dirty, so I grabbed a ladder and prepared to give it a good scrub. But oh boy, was I in for a surprise!

As I got up close and personal with my sign, I quickly realized that dirt wasn't the culprit here. Nope, it seemed that the powder coating had decided to call it quits, leaving the sign turning black around all the cut surfaces. Bummer, right? They apologized for the delay in their response and offered to replace the sign free of charge. Well, color me impressed! I must say, I'm quite pleased with their resolution to the problem. As a result, I'm bumping up my overall rating of Modernist to three stars. Once I receive the replacement sign, I might even consider raising it even higher. Thank you, Modernist, for making things right.
