Purchased 3 cameras mid-December 2022. Terrible Winter in Michigan prevented me from installing immediately. Requested refund in May after unsuccessful with installation. Refused since it had been too long since purchase. Then requested tech support for help with installation. After being on-hold for a half-hour, they connected me to a Honda Dealership?! I would have had more fun setting fire to the $130. and keeping warm this Winter. All my emails were answered with rote responses. I'm not convinced this company even exists. Be warned!

June 26, 2025, I ordered 3 small air conditioners from Modern life trend, on the 27th I received an email saying package was on its way. The website said receive items in 48 hours from local warehouse. Monday I checked tracking and item only had a ticket but had not been picked up by carrier yet. I called and asked to cancel my order they said because a ticket had been created they were not able to cancel it and when I received it I was to send it back. The package was dropped off at my house and the bag it arrived in was barely together from being torn in shipping. The post office told me the package was not okay to send items back in. I called back and told them and they said I needed an RMA and that because I received the package I had to pay for shipping. Again package it arrived was too damaged to send back. I purchased a box repacked everything and shipping was $56 plus $6 for the box. This company is a scam, It took package 12 days to get here from time of order? Is this someone you want to give your money to? They screwed me over please be advised and don't let the same thing happen to you. If I can do more please let me know.
