I signed up for paid, unlimited monthly acupuncture services. I had issues getting appointments, so in the first month, I paid $249 only to have (instead of 3 or 4 visits per week) 1 visit per week. I was informed by another customer there about their app that you were able to schedule appointments on. In any event, I started scheduling on the app. I soon learned that, even though paying $249, I was charged a $10 fee because I had to cancel an appointment due to illness. (This charge was refunded.) After many emails about this charge with the owner, and a few voice mails that were left, I learned that my debit card had been stored with this company and there was no way to delete it. The staff refused to help me with this. I cancelled my debit card so no further charges were made. After those several emails with the owner, I realized this franchised business (in which he called a "clinic") was going to charge another $249 after I cancelled my "membership". I do not trust this business with my financial information. Nor do I want to do business with them again. I am bothered that I paid $249 for a month's services that I won't be receiving.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of $249.
