M&M Pest and Wildlife LLC review: Worst pest control company in DFW/Collin County

I won a breach of contract lawsuit against M&M Pest and Wildlife on 11/5/2025. Paid for a one-year warranty for squirrel removal. After six wks, came back out and said I had a raccoon and needed to pay more. I said I already paid to seal all outside entry points and set out traps to remove pests in my attic. They would not return to treat for squirrels and the owner, Michael Ysasaga, will not honor any service contract and told me to see my lawyer. I did. The business address they advertise is a UPS store. They have a F rating with the BBB. The Yelp reviews speak for themselves.
