Dear Ms Jue,

Further to my earlier whatsapp communication, this is the earlier complaint that I raised to your company, MKS Auto Sdn Bhd in Taman Chi Liung, Klang.

Please raise this and forward to your manager to attend this complaint and update me what’s the status.

Both my wife and myself are deeply disappointed with your services, I have yet to receive any response from your company after 4 days.

Looking forward to receive a reply from your company soon on the status of my complaint and hope to hear a solution from your company soon.

Dear Sir,

My wife, Mdm Yeow Su Sim had earlier purchased a new Myvi 1.3 Auto (Colour : Granite grey) in end of May 2022 from MKS Auto Sdn Bhd with the following car registration details :-

Name of the purchaser : Mdm Yeow Su Sim

Date of purchase : 23 May 2022

Model : Perodua Myvi 1.3 Auto

Colour : Granite Grey (S43)

Vehicle registration number : BQY8208

I am writing in an official complaint to MKS Auto Sdn Bhd for the following inefficient services of your staff and organization :-

• I have made the car booking since May 2022 but until now no news or any indication on when my new car will be delivered.

• The Sales representative, Ms Jue who handled this order was inefficient, not responsible and she does not know what she was doing and keep informing that the car delivery is not ready after numerous follow through and after almost 5 months, there is still no idea from MKS Auto when the new car will be delivered.

• No senior management team of MKS Auto Sdn Bhd willing to listen to my concerns and provide any good solutions.

• Most interestingly, after 5 months the Sales Representative notified us that Black Granite colour is not available and request us to choose other colors instead. This is another example of inefficient service from your organization.

It is rather disappointing for us as a consumer to get such a poor service and response from a Perodua dealer like MKS Auto Sdn Bhd in which I hope you could look into my complaint and concerns with high priority and provide me with a soonest solution.

I have also raised an official complaint in your Perodua website and also highlighted this complaint to your senior management of Perodua pertaining to your inefficiency :-

• Dato Zainal Abidin Ahmad / Perodua CEO

I hope to hear your soonest resolution in the next 5 working days before I raised this complaint further to the next escalation channel.
